Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional and personalized service to guests.
Anticipate guest needs and make recommendations when appropriate.
Efficiently take and accurately process food and beverage orders.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery.
Master our menu, including ingredients, specials, and beverage offerings.
Share your knowledge with guests, answering questions and making suggestions.
Enhance the dining experience by suggesting additional items or promotions.
Promote seasonal or featured dishes and beverages.
Work seamlessly with kitchen and support staff for smooth service.
Communicate effectively to ensure a cohesive and positive team environment.
Qualifications:
Experience as a server in a high-volume restaurant.
Strong customer service and people skills.
Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of food and beverage, with a passion for the industry.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
