Tennis Court Builder Job
Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tennis Court Builder to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, installation, and maintenance of tennis courts.
As a Tennis Court Builder, you will be responsible for all aspects of tennis court, pickleball, and basketball court construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Site Assessment:
Conduct thorough site assessments to evaluate terrain, soil conditions, drainage, and other factors that may impact tennis court construction.
Construction Management:
Installer all phases of construction projects, including site preparation, grading, excavation, laying foundations, surfacing, and line marking.

Quality Control:
Follow rigorous quality control measures to ensure that all construction activities adhere to industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
Equipment Operation:
Operate heavy machinery and specialized equipment, such as bobcats, tractors, rollers, and scarifiers, safely and efficiently during construction projects.
Maintenance and Repair:
Provide ongoing maintenance services and repairs for existing tennis courts, including resurfacing, crack repair, and line repainting.
Qualifications:
Construction
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction, with a focus on sports facility construction preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in operating construction equipment and tools, interpreting blueprints and design plans, and conducting site surveys and assessments.
Knowledge of Tennis Court Construction:
Familiarity with various tennis court construction methods, materials, and surface types, including asphalt, concrete, acrylic, and synthetic turf.
