Responsibilities:
- Hand/fine pruning, deadheading and weeding - Plant fertilization, bed cultivation, planting and container gardening - Willingness to learn sustainable/horticultural practices - Willingness to perform all duties assigned Job Requirements:
- No experience necessary, we will train - Knowledge of common planting practices and plants a plus - Knowledge of plant health care a plus - Ability to work alone and with a team - Good communication skills to work directly with crew leaders - Ability to work in all weather conditions and lift more than 50lbs.
- Valid driver's license required with clean record
