The candidate must be detailed oriented, and have the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
This position requires a polished, diplomatic, and adaptable self-starter who is highly motivated and able to prioritize work and multi-task.
Specific Duties Include:
Upload documents and reports to company databases Maintain employee rosters for office and field personal Produce reports and distribute to appropriate team members Data entry of company invoices to General Ledger software Organize and schedule team meeting and conferences calls Facilitate the direction of calls from the field to proper team members Internet research for items costs, filing deadlines, jurisdictional forms, location distances and other industry related items Manage Office Supplies and Vendors Creative thinker who can adapt to various tasks Required Skills:
Proficiency with MS Office Excel and Word Full and part-time/mother's hour's applicants are welcome Benefits Offered:
