Job Description:
Is Motivated to learn best practices of all services Wicked Clean offers (Power Washing, Window Cleaning and Gutter Cleaning) as well as all company standards and practices; Is able to work effectively and efficiently, able to follow our processes and systems and can take direction and coaching from management; Represents the company in a highly positive & professional manner; Provides the highest level of service to our clients; Strong communication skills; Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions; Maintain a clean and professional appearance; Ability to safely move, set up, and work on 24' & 32' extension ladders quickly and efficiently; Ability to lift 50 lbs.
consistently; Stand and bend for 8 hours or more a day; Must have a valid driver's license in good standing for driving a company vehicle; Compensation is based on relevant experience (experienced Lead Technicians vs.
regular Technicians).
