Job Description

With FORD being one of the hottest brands right now, Jannell Ford of Hanover is currently seeking energetic motivated experienced sales professionals who are looking for a change of location and perhaps a change in product line to expand our sales team.

Responsibilities:



  • Prospect daily for potential customers; maintain consistent rapport with previously sold customers. Communicate and follow up with customers you have been in contact with.

  • Maintain an owner follow up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction

  • Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, safety, technology, capabilities, features and benefits, taking test drives, comparing and contrasting competitive makes.

  • Continually learn about product updates, features, models, technology, inventory and their benefits to the customer.

  • Keeping up with certifications and maintain high CSI score

  • Close the sale by overcoming objections, asking for the sale, negotiating the sale, completing necessary documents and delivering the car.


Requirements:



  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry

  • Superior communication and customer service skills

  • Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude

  • Self-starter and self-motivated

  • A desire to work in a commission, performance-based environment

  • Computer Skills, Knowledge of CRM systems

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
