HRIS Analyst

This Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for participating in the development, support, andstrategy of the Human Resource Cloud applications, Oracle Fusion and Taleo, aspart of HR systems projects, upgrades, and maintenance efforts. While workingclosely with IT, key business stakeholders, and selected implementationpartners, the HRIS Analyst will plan, develop, unit test, deliver, and maintainhigh quality configuration changes and designs that are aligned with HRstrategy.
Design, document, build, test, and deploy complex solutions in Oracle Fusion.
Drive solutions for HR strategic initiatives, business process issues, and for successful completion of specific projects.
Help resolve configuration issues requiring a depth of expertise in Oracle Fusion modules.
Workwith internal IT, Security and Vendor departments to confirm requirements,consider design alternatives, and facilitate discussions of designalternatives.
Troubleshootapplication functionality across the HR applications. Work with both OracleSupport and Rockland Trust HR Specialists to understand open issue, identify aremediation plan and bring the issue to resolution. Resolution could requireapplication adjustments, system configuration changes in test and/or SQL/expressiondevelopment.
Evaluate,communicate, and coordinate the business and technical impacts of applicationconfiguration decisions.
Partnerwith HR Specialists to understand additional functionality needs and recommendprocess improvement opportunities to more effectively leverage the application.
Escalateissues with Oracle and HR Management as required to work within defined servicelevel agreement (SLAs).
Createdetailed system configuration specifications and system process designs andrelated documentation.
Mustbe independently curious and interested in developing knowledge through trialand error, reading and networking.
Mustbe able to establish and maintain effective working relationships, both withinRockland Trust and with vendors.
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering/Math or related fields
2 years of Oracle Fusion configuration experience
Demonstrated proficiency with HR Systems, Payroll/Time and Labor, Reporting tools, HR processes and policies. Compensation process support strongly desirable.
Knowledge of SQL, logical BI SQL and/or PL/SQL
Experience utilizing Oracle's implementation and release methodology
Demonstrated high competency in the execution of multiple large projects and in the execution of concurrent projects to meet goals and manage change control.
Intermediate Excel Skills required.
Knowledge of relevant country, federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and PII regulations.
Strong communication skills regarding both technical and non-technical matters.
Strong documentation skills
Experience with Oracle Fusion and Taleo
Previous HR and/or IT Business Analysis experience
Abilityto read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professionaljournals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Abilityto write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Abilityto effectively present information and respond to questions from colleagues andOracle.
Abilityto solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situationswhere only limited standardization exists.
Abilityto interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, orschedule form.
Maybe required to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
