Responsibilities:



  • Maintain fast and accurate service, positive guest relations, and consistent product and quality standards.

  • Control day-to-day restaurant operations

  • Strictly control profit and loss (P&L) by following cash control and security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.

  • Develop and maintain a high-performing team by recruiting and developing the best employees.

  • Inspire, motivate, and discipline team members as required.

  • Have a welcoming attitude and possess high energy in delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Able to quickly identify and resolve issues in a cost-effective manner.

  • Capable of managing in a fast paced environment, adapting to any situation, and making solid decisions.


Qualifications:



  • High school diploma; a college degree is a plus.

  • 3+ years management experience in some capacity.

  • 5+ years experience in the food service business.

  • Basic accounting skills and strong analytical skills

  • ServeSafe Certification a plus.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
